📦 UAE Shipping & Delivery

Same-Day Delivery

  • Available for orders placed before 4 PM.
  • Delivered by 10 PM the same day.
  • A same-day delivery fee will be applied.

Next-Day Delivery

  • Available for orders placed before 4 PM.
  • Delivered the next business day.

Where We Ship ( Comming soon)

International Shipping: Art beetles ships from its warehouse in the UAE to the following countries: KSA, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate for the destination country.

Address Verification: If your destination country is not listed, contact us at hello@artbeetles.com for a custom quote.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding Sundays/public holidays.
  • Orders placed before 4 pm will be dispatched to the courier the same day, except Sunday.
  • Orders placed on Saturday after 4 PM will be processed on Monday.
  • No processing or shipping on Sundays and Public Holidays (warehouse closed).

International Delivery

  • GCC Ground: 4-7 business days
  • Express: Delivery times vary based on destination country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates vary based on destination and weight of order, and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email

International Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is considered the importer of record and is responsible for all applicable Import Fees.

Customs & Import Fees Responsibility

  • Any Import Fees, including taxes and duties, are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient.
  • artbeetles has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
  • By placing an order, you authorize artbeetles designated shipping carrier (“Designated Carrier”) to act as your agent with customs and tax authorities in the destination country.
  • The carrier will handle customs clearance, process, and remit the required Import Fees on your behalf.
  • If you need details about the exact Import Fees or require customs clearance documentation, please contact the shipping carrier listed in your shipment confirmation email.

Customs Clearance & Import Fees (KSA)

For shipments to Saudi Arabia, the shipping charges already include Bayan and other customs clearance fees.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse to accept a shipment, you will be responsible for:

  • The original shipping cost
  • The cost of returning the package to art beetles
  • Any Import Fees incurred
  • These charges will be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please reach out to our support team.
  •  In case of lost shipments, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and find the best solution for you.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or failed deliveries.
  • If you realize there is an error in your address, contact us immediately at hello@artbeetles.com We will do our best to update it before shipping, but changes may not be possible once the order is processed.
  • art beetles is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fee may apply for re-shipment.

Undeliverable Orders

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, non-payment of customs fees, or failure to receive the package, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Additional shipping costs to resend the order.
  • Any return shipping fees charged by the courier.

Policy Updates

  • Modification Rights: We reserve the right to modify the shipping policy without prior notice.
  • Website Updates: Changes effective immediately upon website update.
