Box Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Kids art beeltes creative adventure box experience.
Because our boxes are carefully assembled and include art materials that must remain sealed to be reused, we are unable to accept returns of opened boxes. If your box is unopened, we are happy to review a return request. Please contact us at hello@artbeetles.com and we will assist you.
If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or with any issue, please email us at hello@artbeetles.com We will work with you to make it right. Whether that means sending replacement materials or finding another solution, your satisfaction is our priority.Due to the subscription nature of the business.
we only accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Product/Box: If you receive a product or box that is not what you ordered.
- Damaged Item: If any item in your box arrives damaged.
- Missing Items: If your order is incomplete and missing any items.
To ensure a smooth return process, please notify us of any of the above issues within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions:
- Unused Condition: The items should be unused and in their original condition.
- Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and any free items.
- Timely Return: Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
We will provide a return shipping label, and our carrier will collect the items within 2-3 working days. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will promptly dispatch a replacement and initiate the return process for the previous item at no cost.
Non-Returnable Conditions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Products delivered more than 14 days ago.
- Products not in their original condition or packaging.
- Products that have been used or show signs of wear and tear.
Store Orders: We accept returns on Store orders if the items are unused and not damaged.
As a policy, we do not offer refunds in the cases mentioned above, as our priority is to replace any incorrect or faulty items.
Refunds and Payment Gateway Fees:
- Non-Refundable Fees: Payment gateway fees charged by our payment processor are non-refundable. These fees may be deducted from the total refunded amount (maximum 4% of invoice).
- Used or opened: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for any opened or used items; additional charges may apply if the customer opts to have the item resent.
- Corrective action/compensation: artbeetles box will assume responsibility for all shipping and customs charges related to any corrective action or compensation arising from faults attributed to artbeetles box.
- NDR Refund Process: If customers change their minds upon receiving a shipment or refuse to receive the shipment or are non responsive, they are responsible for all return shipping and customs costs, restocking fees, and associated payment gateway charges.
Refunds Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (we cannot refund to any other card or any other payment method). Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that subscription recurring orders cannot be refunded once processed. If you wish to pause or cancel your subscription, please do so before the next renewal date to avoid charges.
Cancellations and Refunds Before Shipment
If you would like to cancel your order or subscription before it ships, we are happy to help. Please contact us at hello@artbeetles.com s soon as possible so we can confirm if cancellation is still possible.

Subscription Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a 3- or 6-box subscription before all boxes have shipped, all prepaid boxes will still be shipped as scheduled and the subscription will not renew.
If you do not want to receive the remaining boxes, please email us at hello@artbeetles.com We will review your request and may issue a pro-rated refund for any unshipped boxes.
